Nothing bad to say!
Friendly, clean, covenient, accomodated my wheelchair needs and service dog without question, no problem with my sons to rotate staying with me versus at my nearby 3rd son's house, easy to freeways but not noisy. Thank you, all.

The lobby was very clean and the staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. The rooms were outdated and a little dirty. The pool/hot tub areas were also a little dirty.

Value for the size of room is phenomenal, however needs to have screems put all the way on it is scary on graound floor if the corners are sticking out. They were. 2 screens. Furniture is getting worn needs some TLC. Overall breakfast outstanding value and size of room outstamding. Love the Marriott family of hotels.

The bed was like sleeping on a slab of cement. The pillows were old and extremely flat. The refrigerator was loud and sound like a lawn mover all night long. The HVAC system rattled the vents all night. They did not provide enough towels. Upon my departure, I ran into some guests who told me they MICE in the cabinets in their room. I would not stay here again and will not recommend it to anyone.

It was unique in that this is the property that the Cowboys stay in for training camp, but the rooms were a little outdated and could have used a bit of TLC. The location is convenient for those needing access to downtown Oxnard.

Riverridge Marriott Location is Quiet & Comfortabl
Really loved the condition of the room very comfortable kitchenette very comfortable and clean bathroom clean the whole room is clean breakfast is great if you get there early enough the only small complaint is the best the mattress might have needed to be turned over as we were not as comfortable as we usually expect from Marriott's other than that it was a great location love Oxnard

Up and down stay
Check-in was quick and easy. The room was very musty. Like an old cigarette or dog smell. We lit candles to help mask it but still smelled. The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work so we called and they came immediately to fix it. Took an hour though. The room was adjacent to the fitness room and exterior basketball and tennis courts so it was a little noisy. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

I’ve stayed at several Residence Inns and this one wasn’t my favorite. The staff was super helpful, the cleaning was done, everything was fine except the condition of the room. There were corners of the carpet lifting and the carpet trim that came up two inches up the wall was frayed and scuffed throughout the whole room. Again, the staff was great but Marriot clearly chooses not to put money into the maintenance and repairs of these rooms.

Large, clean, Comfortable room. Nice and Hot Tub and Heated Pool. No ice machines and ice maker in room refrigerator was turned off. Called guest service and they gave us a small bag of ice, but that was not quite enough.
