"Check-in was smooth, and the staff were very friendly. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with a kitchenette, which was very convenient. The bed was soft, the TV was large, and having a safe was a plus.
The location is very convenient—right off the freeway, with Starbucks, Handel’s Ice Cream, and Shake Shack just outside, plus a mall with many restaurants across the street.
However, while the room looked tidy, some areas didn’t feel fully clean. Plates seemed dusty, and surfaces like faucets and door handles didn’t feel properly cleaned.
The shower was a major issue—very weak water pressure, slow to heat up, and the temperature kept fluctuating.
Breakfast was the worst part. While there was variety and good coffee, the food quality was poor. Eggs were refrigerator-cold, even when freshly brought out, and the oatmeal was watery and partly cold. It felt unsafe to eat, so we threw everything away.
There are Tesla chargers in front, but regular cars often park there, so availability is hit or miss.
Overall, I liked the room and would stay again, but cleanliness and especially breakfast need serious improvement."
