"I chose this particular hotel because it had an indoor pool. Upon our arrival, we noted a sign on the pool door stating that the pool was closed. When I inquired about when the pool would be opened (I was there for 10 days), they stated "we have no idea, we are waiting on the state." The pool was closed for the duration of our trip. "The elevator sounded like it was on its last leg, the bathroom shower had no water pressure (had to finish rinsing out our hair in the sink with a cup) yet somehow the bathroom floor flooded, there was body hair clumped on the wall of the shower, a hair on one of the ‘clean folded towels’, the AC was off when we checked in(tried calling the front desk about this but no answer), we set it to 63, the room got cooler but we woke up multiple times in the night sweating (the thermostat on the wall...
