We stay here as much as possible when going to Oxford. I would suggest staying here if you want to walk to the square for food and drinks. They also have a nice roof top area as well.

I have stayed here a few times before. I love this hotel and the location to the Square. However, this time the property seemed in need of some basic cleaning and painting maintenance.

We loved the location. It's very "walkable!" There are numerous restaurants close by. If you want to "stay in" for breakfast there is a small coffee shop in the lobby area...though you pay for the convenience.

The Graduate is situated just off the square in Oxford, so in terms of location, it is well- situated. However, the rooms are small, the coffee in room is instant( disgusting), and there is no service other than the absolute minimum demanded. I had no housekeeping until I complained at the front desk, and the service received afterwards was mediocre at best ( some toiletries were never replaced). When I asked for a luggage cart upon departure, the clerk merely pointed to a collection of carts and told me to “ take one of those.” There was not even an offer of assistance. Not fit to be a part of the Marriott Bonvoy group, in my opinion.

Did not offer upgrade to me. Disappointing as I mentioned it during a message exchange with staff the night before. If they are a VIP hotel they should honor that.

Very nice. Stayed there twice and both times were great. This time, however, our utility company was doing work in the parking lot, which made a whole row of parking inaccessible. as a result, finding a parking space was difficult for this trip. Still, this was obviously a temporary inconvenience. We did not have the same problem the first time we stayed there.

Loved the location of this hotel. Within walking distance of the Oxford Square. Close to lots of dining and shopping. The Coop (bar/ restaurant) upstairs had great service and a view of Ole Miss and the Square. We'll definitely be back.

The hotel is in a perfect location if you are there to experience Ole Miss. Pros: Close to restaurants and nightlife Roof top bar Free parking although it can be tough to find a spot at night. Beds are comfortable Cons Very busy hotel so room is getting worn Called twice to get shampoo and conditioner and they never came Black mold in the shower
