"We booked a room with a jetted tub.... we were given a room with a ahower....when I asked they said that I only booked a reg room and was told to call Expedia. Expedia was great and said that yes we did book a room with a jetted tub and they has reached out several times to the Comfort Inn but could not get any one to answer the phone.
