"Pics are deff old!!! This place is worn down.. the staff is rude as hellgot there at 1:30 "check in" was at 3 and was told ww could not check early unless paying $40 more dollars. Lobby was hard to find as you had to through a door to get to it but then it was down a hall but no signs. Says "smoke free" and room was "smoke free" however room was deff smoked in and also bathroom smelled like pit.. went back to check in left them know and their solution was to have house keeping come spray something in the room. Pool did look clean however we did not use it. "Free" breakfast was only cereal and bananas that should have been throw away and replaced a few days back. All and all nicely letting for the price stay else where if you can.. we deff will!"
"The room was newly renovated with beautiful paintings, comfortable beds, great lighting, and very nice shower! The recliner was a nice addition to the room too. My children used the pool and had a blast! The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and kind. The man keeping an eye on breakfast was super generous!! He got me a tray to help carry my children’s things and helped with the waffle maker. Great experience overall!!!"
Best Western Plus Intercourse Village Inn & Suites
10/10 Excellent
"Very spacious and clean room. Bed was comfortable. Good shower pressure. The toiletries were divine :) The free breakfast was very good. Eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes, breads, oatmeal, waffles, cold cereal. Lovely attendants as well. Our room was above the busy street, so that got a bit loud at times. Would I stay again? Yes! I'd just ask to be in a room away from the street. Another note. Most businesses surrounding the hotel close up at 5p-6p, including restaurants."
"Waiting 20 minutes to check in no One was at the front desk . Sheets was dirty . I was itching so I checked out was not there more than I hour . I would like a refund hi had to spend money on a whole nother room . Will not be booking here ever again"
"The listing said breakfast was included, but it was just coffee. The element outside the hotel was not great, e.g. someone sleeping in their car and sketchy looking folks outside.
Fortunately, the room was clean and fine."
