"Bought the room so we can relax with the indoor pool/ hot tub but were not alerted that they were not going to be available to use for our stay."

It wasn’t to big of a deal. The internet problems created frustration. But thr staff were great. I was able to leave and they made sure to get my daughter into a room ASAP. I came back at 1030 pm and checked in. Staff was great. Situation was not. "
