「酒店清潔衛生 地點方便 附近有超級市場及酒店有餐廳酒吧 可惜用手機apps訂房被不清晰指引誤導包含早餐，最後到附近麥當勞解決」

「clean, efficient, spacious, and most convenient. An excellent to stay a couple of nights in Sheffield town. I espcially like the spacious room and high ceiling and the lively little bas overseeing the Leopold Square.」

「This is a conveniently positioned accommodation with a helpful owner living on site. It is reasonably priced and near a bus interchange as well as the tram line. That said, the single beds are tiny. I am 5'6 and feet were over the endand it was so narrow I could barely turn over. They need replacing. The en suite was OK, cramped and a small shower, but ok for one night. The exit rules were unusual! You have a key code, exit via the fire escape and through a beer garden which as the pub doesn't...

「Good for value. Better than its price. Delighted with breakfast, fresh and warm food provided. Basic but high CP.」

「The appartment was not clean, an heavy smell of sewer. Many places in the apartment was really dirty: bathroom curtain, oven and fridge was destroyed. There were dirty bed sheet in a wardrobe entrance. The wifi password was not given to us and after our arrival we had no answer at all from the property. Hopefully we have booked only one night. I do not recommend this place.」

「One lady member of staff was exceptionally helpful and kind she was on duty Thursday morning and afternoon always asked if there was anything she could do for us greeted with a very pleasant smile. When we arrived no disabled friendly room had I got a response when I emailed in September I would have changed to a different hotel. No plugs for medical equipment causing me to collapse on wed night no fridge to keep medication in bed was awful no toilet paper had to buy our own even after...

「Sophie and Paul were most gracious hosts; genuinely kind and friendly and eager to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfasts were excellent, made with fresh ingredients and prepared as their guests preferred. I would definitely stay here again. 」
