"Breakfast did not include hot tea which I found amazing. Room was not serviced even once during our 4 day stay. Staff was only marginally helpful. Doubt if I will stay here again. Menu in cafe was very limited and food only so-so."

"I cannot express enough how amazing the staff was at this Best Western!! I had been in an accident and found myself stranded. Upon check-in, Jill and Brittany were very kind and helpful. The next morning Shelby was also kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with even fresh fruit being offered. ..."
