"Room was so clean, staff was so friendly, the property was gorgeous, obvisouly crowded everywhere because there were a lot of students but they keep to themselves. The Starbucks was so crowded and packed but I cant blame them. "

"The hot tub was very hot! Felt amazing at first but couldn't stay in long but better than cold so no complaint there. the surface area to sit in hot tub was rough but I used a towel to sit on and fixed that 🙂. Was very clean and felt good. The pool was cold cold but clean and nice!!! The room could use a deep clean- I bring cleaner and clean my room before we start unpacking and after wiping desk, entertainment center, phone, end table , table, chairs seats and headboard etc the rag was visible filthy. Bedding was nice, clean and comfortable. Fridge was a bit dirty but I cleaned it, headboard had hand prints on it, I wiped it down. Food was Really good but containers covering food and misc could use a wipe down really good like the cover for the eggs, juice machine, etc. Room keys kept not working (but easily fixed) and phone didn't work to call front desk. Outside door leading into building on left end not secure. Stays open for anyone to walk in so that was a little unnerving. Overall though we enjoyed the stay. Everyone was friendly and the view on back side out our room (because it held memories for me) was amazing. Pretty upset that you can't smoke outside on the balcony because it's outside and shouldn't be an issue, I had to go to my car where I felt unsafe late at night walking to and from. "

"I thought I had included breakfast but apparently not so when the bill came it was extremely high for the value of the food. Small bathroom but everything else was very nice. "

"Not the cleanest. There was quite a bit of dust and debris on the floor and in the corners. The microwave could have been wiped down. Nothing terrible but not the way I keep things. Beds were okay and comfortable. Good for one night stay. Staff was nice."
