Hello Josh. We apologize that we don’t meet your needs regarding bathtubs. We do have suites with bathtubs available. We have the maximum amount of pressure allowed by the municipality, as is the case on every city. There are 4 adjustments on the shower head, which varies the pressure. Maybe questions were asked to figure out how to best suit your needs, but we will certainly discuss “reading the guest” when trying to be helpful.

Hello Elizabeth, you pointed out some wonderful features of our hotel which many people love. We were disappointed to read that our bed/linens were not to your liking. We have received so many positive comments in that area, but there is the possibility of us missing something. We always check into our guest comments to try to improve. Our pool is small, but in accordance with a 54 room Inn. 8 extra wide loungers do take up space, but we wanted to offer a generous amount of space to relax. When it comes to inconsiderate guests, no amount of soundproofing can stop the noise, though ours was designed well above the industry standard. I am sorry we were not able to prevent the noise you experienced and that you had to wake up to it. I know that experience is hard to recover from and we are truly empathetic to losing a full nights sleep.

Mr. Ly, Thank you for staying with us. Our shower heads have multiple settings to allow for less or more water to flow, that can be changed using the lever on the side of the shower head. 15 minutes after your checkout, we checked your shower and noticed it was set on a restricted setting. We have spoken with our housekeeping team to ensure that the base setting is set to the highest flow possible. Additionally, water pressure is regulated by the city, as in most municipalities, so every business does have the same water pressure. I hope is was just a case of the shower head setting. Apologies for the front desk agent you labeled as horrible. Unfortunately, she does not have the experience of dealing with an irate guest and was intimidated. I can assure you that she has grown due to the experience and we have offered additional training on ways to cope. We also did pass on your apologies offered at checkout regarding the interaction. That was much appreciated.
