The staff is very unprofesional And the managers are not polite and not service orientated For such a high end hotel very low standards The amenities are not great and almost everything that the hotel offers is for pay And even when dinner is part of the deal you recieve a check and expected to pay ...

beautiful with much greenery and flowers. very clear apartment. nice place to sit outside to read or have breakfast. good and ample breakfast each AM. very nice and helpful staff. fun being in the kibbutz and seeing kids playing, families outside, etc.
