"Pros: very friendly staff, easy check-in, pool, relatively quiet.
Cons: towels were literally threadbare, coming apart at the seams - amenities feel old and forgotten about. Room smelled faintly of cigarette smoke. Need a car to access anything around the property, almost no restaurants in walking distance save one or two.
Overall and solidly mid accommodation, feels more like a motel than hotel. Recommended for budget travellers with a vehicle only staying for a few nights. "

"Clean, comfortable and in a good location, but the best feature is the staff. Friendly and very helpful. Plus the office is staffed from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm which is rare these days. Much appreciated."

"Shower curtain and wall in one of the common bathrooms had a couple of bad stains. Otherwise the bathrooms were pretty good. I would have preferred more bathrooms closer to our rooms as it is quite a long corridor.
The bed was too soft. Would have also liked to have had a bit of fresh air with the ability to open a window a bit. Dirty mark on the doona I noticed this morning.
Staff were helpful. The little gift pack was nice. Towels were clean. Bed side lights were good. Basin was useful.
