"We only stayed one night and the check in went smoothly, the rooms were clean and the staff was kind. There was a free shuttle from the airport and back that ran every half hour which was very convenient. "

"When we entered our room, the door was already squeaky, the carpet looked like it hadn’t even been cleaned. Bathroom was also not sanitary with it looking very dusty and dirty. Staff was not the best and didn’t really help because most were all busy on their computers and the communication needed a lot more work. My family had all gotten bedbug bites all over our legs and we had to see a doctor and all. It was just terrible. Not recommended for a vacation stay."

"Winnie at the front desk is the absolute BEST! I had an early flight, and breakfast wasn't yet open. Winnie had someone bring me a latte and a boxed breakfast, which I very much appreciate. The property is within walking distance of the waterfront."

"Very modern decor. We had a nice room. Space is a little tight but well thought out. We were at lower mid floor and it can be a little noisy. The toilet and shower was a little smelly. We asked for room spray and it was accommodated. As do toothbrush and toothpaste, extra filtered water. Breakfast was a nice spread. They have mini soufflé pancakes. Very good. Ovaltine, milk, horlicks and HK milk tea besides the regular tea and espresso drinks."

"Great property to stay with kids spatially for the true Disney experience. Good size rooms with ok amenities, slightly dated but generally ok. Pool area and general facilities are great and spacious and the staff friendly and courteous. Biggest downside to this hotel and one which is probably a Disney created and related issue is the food. Apart from breakfast which is plentiful and good quality (but wildly expensive) the other food options( and lack of them) are below average and pricey and as this location has nothing else around it to choose from the Disney monopoly really makes it a bad experience."
