"Staff was very friendly. Beautiful property with a nice setting. Food was excellent at dinner. Sheets were dirty and didn’t look to be changed. People were sleeping under the room with lattice work covering their area which wasn’t the safest feeling. Shower had zero water pressure and had to take a sponge bath."

"The stay was just fine as far as cleanliness and the amenities. My room was close to the hotel “work shed”. I was awoken every morning by 8am with banging or some sort of electric tool. The bed was also very uncomfortable. Other than those 2 issues, it was a good stay. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"The room was great but we had accidentally booked for the wrong month. We booked the right month and spoke to the lady at check in - she assured us that they had received our request to get a refund. After that I heard nothing except that Hotels.com had tried to contact them about this and heard nothing back - so too bad. We are out a lot of money (yes, I know it was non-refundable) but in this circumstance it’s pretty obvious that it’s an honest mistake and the had another month to rebook the room and we did book another night with them in lieu of it on the correct date. Very disappointed."

"We had a fantastic trip, the hotel was very convenient. The staff was amazing and the shuttle wasn’t difficult to plan around. They make it very accommodating for whatever you may have going on. Will definitely be back!"

"We had a great visit! Lovely resort with two pools and an inviting beach. A restaurant on site was spacious serving good food. The marina filled with luxury boats were a super fun sight."

"We enjoyed our getaway. Beautiful views of bay and ocean. Our room overlooked the turquoise ocean water. What a spectacular way to wake up and fall asleep with sound and sight of waves. Staff was very kind. Family style place-don’t expect luxury here. Rooms are clean and has coffee machine with pods and mini fridge. Wonderful time to chill and let go as it’s a simple island lifestyle. Enjoyed use of kayaks exploring waters and surroundings. ."

"The room was clean and well stocked. It is across from the beach with a beautiful pool that is well maintained. I loved that it had a full size refrigerator, stove, dish washer, washer and dryer and the other items you would need in a kitchen along with a coffee maker and coffee! It is walking distance from the grocery store, some restaurants and the liquor store. We stayed another night we liked it so well. Great location for day trips to other parts of Eleuthera!"
