「This hotel has bicycles available for guests, and most of the staff is very attentive. Unfortunately, the gentleman working in the coffee shop was unable to make me a cappuccino with lactose-free milk, and when he finally did, it tasted terrible. He still charged me for it, and then asked if I could pay his bill so he could go upstairs. Aside from him, the rest of the staff was amazingly friendly and welcoming. The rooms are great, and I loved the story times they have every day! The location...

「It was a great experience. I found one of the best hotels in Pondicherry. The hotel has a large, clean swimming pool, which was very well maintained. Although the property is old, but the interiors and overall cleanliness are impressive and exceptionally well kept. The hotel staff are polite, humble, and can communicate in Tamil, Hindi, and English, making the stay comfortable for all guests. The property also offers ample parking space and dedicated rooms for drivers, which is a thoughtful and...

「Hotel is well maintained and rooms were clean. Time taken for Check-In and Check-Out procedure was more than usual, may be - because of new staff - new system in place. Pointed out a shower head issue to the maintenance team. Restaurant serving time was long and requires improving the speed of service. However, Food was tasting good. In general, this hotel is good to stay and recommend as well.」

「We had booked for two nights 3 deluxe bedrooms all of which were dirty poorly and maintained. We were there for a wedding weekend and they were fully booked and they didn’t have any rooms to move us to. They said they may be able to move us the following day. All the rooms had dirty with black moldy bathrooms and disgusting shower curtains. 1 of the rooms also had disgusting marks on the headboard. All the rooms had filthy lampshades. I complained straight away they attempted to clean 1 of...
