「When we booked this Hotels.com did not let us make special requests like they usually do. We are both highly allergic to pet dander and if no pet free rooms we wanted a room on the top floor near the elevator. Jacob checked us in and gave us what we needed. He was excellent!!! Our room was great and the breakfast was good. The woman working at breakfast was very nice. We loved the colors in the lobby etc. so much better than just plain white!!!」

「I needed a place to stay along the highway, and this looked like a good option. Once I checked in, I was super impressed. The room was beautiful and immaculately clean. There was a well stocked and super clean kitchenette, beds were comfy, and the shower was clean and had ample pressure. The breakfast looked small when I came down, but once I dig in it had everything. I was especially impressed with the yogurt matching, which I hadn’t seen before. 」
