Lovely apartment block, walkable to the centre of Oulu. All interiors were very clean and presentable, check in and check out instructions were very clear as well.

Great apartment, spacious and full of all the things you'd expect to find. The bathroom was lovely, clean and sauna amazing. Beds comfortable and blinds/curtains made the room more than dark enough to sleep. We have no complaints but a little feedback as a whole - It felt like a brand new holiday rental which little added character making it feel very sterile. A couple of pieces of furniture coupled with some board games or books would make it feel like a home. We were unsure how to leave the apartment as no information was provided and information regarding the key was unclear. Overall though we have no complaints and would stay again, thank you!

Kaksi yötä 29.11.-1.12.2024

Talo oli valmistunut 2019, joten pinnat huoneistossa olivat vielä uusia. Huoneisto oli erittäin siisti ja vaikka 16 kerroksinen ympyrätalo sijaitsi aivan kadun varreessa, ei liikenteen ääntä juurikaan kuullut sisälle. Kiitos upean parvekkeen, joka myös oli kauttaaltaan lasitettu tiiviillä ja paksulla lasilla. Kaipasimme kuitenkin ohjeistusta jätteiden lajittelusta ja siihen liittyen roskiskaappiin useampia astioita lajittelua varten. Myös biojätteelle omaa astiaa ja maatuvia pusseja. Taloyhtiön roskiskatoksesta nimittäin löytyi täydellinen lajitelma roska-astioita. Jokaiselle kierrätettävälle lajille omansa. Vuokraisin toistekin.

Släktbesök - men gärna med eget boende

Mycket fräsch lägenhet mellan centrum och Limingantulli där man hittar en gigantisk stormarknad Prisma. Fanns allt man behövde. Golvvärme i badrummet ger extra plus, så skönt under fötterna och golvet blev torrt snabbt efter duschen.

Yöpyminen sujui hyvin. Asuntoon sisäänkirjautuminen sujui hyvin ja asunto löytyi helposti. Asunto oli siisti, rauhallinen ja siellä oli kaikki tarvittava. Ainoastaan ongelmaa tuotti se, että asunnossa oli vain yksi peili, vessan kasvopeili.
