Great hotel, exceptional service, professional and friendly staff. The restaurant was exceptional with the best wines and outstanding food in their restaurant. Breakfast included in the stay.
We only stayed here for one night, but it would have been great for a multiple night stay. Everything about the room and the hotel were first class, the staff was friendly, concerned and very helpful, and the restaurant is one of the best in Oudtshoorn. This is a fantastic place.
Very good, if somewhat impersonal, service. It was located at the far end of the town on the main road (a 2 minute drive to the shops). The room was amazing with a private pool, comfortable lounge with sky news and very large bed. Water was not unfortunately provided free. The food in the restaurant and at breakfast was excellent. This is a very good place to stay and I would highly recommend it.

Eigenlijk niks maar dan niks op aan te merken. Wij hadden executive suite. Grote kamer aparte zithoek, grote doucheruimte met douche en bad. EN met hometrainer. Maar last but not least eigen zwembad
Ontbijt top. Diner helemaal goed
Heerlijk professioneel personeel.
A super hotel which was an oasis of calm. A real quality residence with great staff and beautiful grounds. Tanja, in particular, was exceptionally friendly and helpful although everyone we met was very kind and helpful, including the gardener who washed our car in the morning!! We would have loved to spend an extra night but our schedule didn't allow it.
We stayed here on our drive to Gorah. The hotel is very cute and the restaurant on site was amazing. When we arrived we had lovely wine and appetizers on the porch overlooking the garden. Staff was fabulous.
We stayed in a huge suite that was in its own building. Fantastic facilities including own pool and car port. Excellent dinner in the restaurant at a reasonable price and a brilliant breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.
We could find no fault with this hotel. The setting is beautiful, the rooms at luxurious, and the breakfast was terrific. The croissants at breakfast were as good as any that I have had in Paris. We stayed here at the end of our garden route road trip. We stayed at mostly 4 & 5 star hotels and B & Bs throughout the trip but this was the best hotel of them all.
The staff made sure that the 4 nights we spent at the estate were relaxing. We were upgraded to a suite with our own swimming pool and garden. It was so tranquil that on one morning we were visited by a giant tortoise.
Only stayed one night and was pleased with that as the hotel seemed to lack any atmosphere and staff were not very attentive for a five star hotel.
Room was OK was disappointed with the whole site as it did not feel like a country house hotel to me.wont be going back for that reason .
