"The hotel and room are good as well as the common space for working and eating in the lobby. The only negative, is the complete impossibility to reach the staff by phone. It is completely impossible to call this hotel and speak to anyone and the staff at the front desk specifically do not answer ..."

"Lovely location and staff. Comfortable room and I felt fortunate getting one with a Thames view. Gym was good (though another weights bench would be helpful). Breakfast great. Would definitely stay again. Love being able to walk along the river too."
