「We love everything about this hotel and always look forward to staying here when we are in Ottawa. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, the rooms are so clean and the beds are really comfortable, with lots of different-sized pillows to choose from. The pool and hot tub are clean and relaxing. Highly recommend! 」

「Clean rooms, very friendly staff. Only issue was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke in the room, possibly blown in off the balcony. Otherwise a great stay.」

「Very good experience to stay. The room clean and big enough. With basement car park to make to feel my car safe to park. The washroom with show gel / shampoo & conditioner. The showhead was adjustable and water pressure strong enough. And there are also very impressive idea. Never see it in other hotel. A small night light in washroom. Breakfast with a lot options too.but the house keeper opened our door and come to clean up the room directly before we check out. This must be improve. 」
