「A good place for vacation.」

「Being near the airport was convenient. Would have preferred an upper floor room since the construction crew seemed to be keeping their equipment in the room above us. So we heard them talking, rolling out all their equipment to start work, and other noise.」

「Nice clean hotel with comfy beds and pillows. Renovated and clean. Great location to walk one block to Lake Ontario and restaurants and farmers market right outside. 」

「酒店整體尚算不錯，酒店5~10分鐘可步行至食肆，有餐廳，快餐及咖啡店，車程5~8分鐘有超市及少量店舖可消磨時間，可惜附近無公共交通，出市區要叫車。酒店房間清潔服務提供有限度服務，要每天向櫃枱職員落指示。」

「I don't understand why it is rated as Star 2 hotel. The services is excellent; the staff are so helpful; and the environment is excellent. With swimming pool and spa; free breakfast, it is not just value for money, I am willing to pay more for such excellent hotel. It should be rated as Star 3 instead of 2 hotel. 」
