Bit of a walk from the station (if you go at night it is VERY dark, but still safe!) but the scenery is beautiful

They have free drinks(tea, coffee...), clean shiny kitchen facilities, free Netflix or YouTube on big screen and lake view balcony..etc...I loved them all! It was nice and chill during my stay.

First time used Expedia app
I'm was very lucky, because the hotel helping me when I was Booked wrong date from the Expedia app On 26/08/18, and then I have already paid to Expedia app. So I need to pay again for the night I stayed on 25/08/18.And I couldn't do a cancellation for myself,eventually the hotel promise will do it for me, and now I just want my refund back on the date 26/08/18.

大浴場か清潔でありがたすぎる。豊富な地下水を温めて利用しているのでしょう。入浴後、肌コンディションめっちゃいいです。 就寝スペースの広さも魅力的。3連泊ノーストレスでした。 ぜんぜん宿に責任ないのですが、最寄駅周辺の空き地のブタクサが放置繁茂状態で、花粉症だけ悪化しました。

HPでは、土日しか共同バスルームが使えないとなってましたが、金曜でも17:00から21:00で使用できました。 翌日はとても明るくてきれいで、お湯も循環式？できれいでした。湯船も4、5人がゆったり入れる、狭く無いお風呂でした。 あいにく朝食がやってなかったので、ビーチのカフェに食べに行きました。 個室に泊まりましたが、共用場所も夜中は静かで、とても安くて良いところだと思いました。

お風呂はジャグジーで 広くて いつでも入れるのは良かった 接客も気さくながら丁寧で嬉しかったです 最終日 布団を二つ折りにしたら ゴキブリの死骸と髪の毛がベッタリついていてショック 気にならない人にとっては最高の施設です

施設自体は古いですが、水回りはリニューアルされていますし、清潔で気持ちよくすごせました。スタッフの方も皆さんとても感じが良いです。 なお、今回は電車で予定より遅くなってしまったのですが、街灯が少ないので夜道は月明かりが頼りな感じです。電車で来る方は早めの到着をおすすめします。

風光明媚、清潔なゲストハウス
廃校をリノベーションしたゲストハウスです。設備が新しく清潔でした。 シャワーに加え、大きなお風呂があるのが良いです。 キッチンが広くて使いやすいです。食材を持ち込み自炊も可能です。 ビーチに近く、風景も良いです。 レンタサイクル利用もできます。 駅から1㎞ほどの道のりは無灯火道路が続きます。日暮れまでに着くことをお勧めします。
夜の全景。フットサルコート利用可能です。
1階レストラン。夕食依頼できました。事前に電話で申し込みします。
2階リビング＆キッチン。屋上スペースもあります。

建物は旧いが内部はリノベーションされ和室、風呂、食堂とも快適でした。琵琶湖の眺望も良いです。BBQは私たち中年には多すぎる量でしたが、若い方なら喜ばれるでしょう。ビワイチで利用ですが、自転車も屋内に保管できて安心でした。

安く泊まるには最適
建物は大きくて合宿所のような雰囲気。 まわりには何も無いので静かに過ごせます。 夕食のガパオライスがとてもおいしかったです。

・施設は清潔で、ご飯も美味しかったです。 ・外気の影響で暖房をあまり効かせられないとの事で、もう少し厚着して行けば良かったです。 ・周辺はお店等見当たらず、コンビニも徒歩30分程かかりそうなので、必要な物は事前に揃えた方が良さそうです。
