"The room and lobby were clean, but smelled of smoke. The pool had dead bugs and debris floating and on the bottom. I was uncomfortable even getting in. Pool equipment and chairs were outdated. We went down for breakfast at 9:30 to find the breakfast attendants were packing everything up although breakfast was until 10. We weren’t the only ones not able to eat. "The hotel had many spare rooms the night I arrived but the front desk clerk refused to change mine.She said that it was a third party booking and she couldn't do it, as it was in a different category . None of them were luxury rooms, have never been to a hotel where they would not change a room for you. weird"
