Convenient location Beautiful neighborhood close to the beach and shopping Many restaurants within walking distance too! Oh, and there is a guest self serve laundry- detergent is $2 from the front desk. "

The main train line runs close to the back of the property. It didnt bother us at all, nor the SH1 going past the front either."

Good things: room recently renovated to reasonable standard, internet capable TV, fresh milk in the fridge, plenty of pillows and cushions, the Thai proprietor quite friendly once she knew one of us was Thai. Not so good: Right next to the main trunk rail line - so expect trains, people arguing outside our roo or iron. But i "

"The room was comfortable and clean, though the bathroom could use some extra dust/cleaning. The kitchen area was clean, but when opened cupboards there was an odour of mildew. A bit noisy from other guests. Overall a comfortable stay. "
