"The most comfortable beds in any hotel I’ve slept in. Great room service. Right next to the movie theater, shopping and plenty of dining options. Great location. Many floors and rooms are in great disrepair though. Pool needs attention to detail."

"Hotel staff was nice, room was clean. Good breakfast options. The staff member who was taking care of the breakfast service was so friendly and helpful. The lobby area had signs that listed restrictions about drinking and eating, which is out of the ordinary for other hotels where we’ve stayed. "

"No breakfast included, at that rate it should have been. Clean comfortable rooms. Staff mostly friendly but not overly outgoing. Lots of teens/young adults in the lobby due to it being new year's eve, just loud and there didn't seem to be any staff keeping control. Mostly people just hanging out listening to loud music, treating the common area as their personal space. Uninviting in my opinion. But overall a good stay. Not sure we would stay there again, but definitely not on a holiday weekend."
