Sympatyczny hotel ze "sniadaniem mistrzow".

Bardzo mily hotel, centralnie polozony, czysciutki i sympatyczny. Sniadanie, wliczone w cene, okazalo sie byc niesamowitym festiwalem urokliwej aranzacji- taca serow z wymyslnymi rozyczkami, znakomity domowy humus, aranzacja wedlin w bufecie ciekawa i finezyjna.

"Papierowe" cieńkie ściany utrudniały spanie. Ściany w pokoju nie były zbyt czyste. Dobre śniadanie tylko kawa mogła być lepsza, z ekspresu. Obsługa na recepcji mogłaby być milsza. Plusem są podwójne zasłony w oknie i drzwi między przedpokojem i pokojem, nie dociera hałas z korytarza. Jest bezpłatna woda mineralna w pokoju.

Wir konnten von Ostroda viele Punkte anfahren.

wir sind vorallem wegen der Kanalfahrt dort gewesen. Diese war einfach toll. Wir empfehlen aber von Elbag runter die Kanalfahrt zufahren. Danzig sollte mit auf den Reisebesichtigungsplan stehen. Wir haben dort eine 1Std. Rundfahrt gemacht, war sehr interessanrt. Die Masurren sind toll. Mal was anderes.

Rat poop on floors

When we arrived the woman at the reception acted as though we were inconveniencing her simply just to check us in. After staggering drunks got out of our way we proceeded to our room and on the floor was rat poop. I went to exchange the room and she refused to give me another room till finally I insisted upon seeing the other room and it was just as disgusting. When we asked for a refund Miraculously she had a better room we declined and insisted on a refund it took over 30 minutes! She lied to us in the beginning about even having another room. The whole experience was pretty awful. I would suggest orbits not using this for future clients. We have booked with orbits for many many years itilizong hundreds of hotels and this one just does not match up to your standards!

Eine angenehme Überraschung

Das Hotel ist modern und sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich und mehrsprachig ausgebildet. Der Parkplatz ist kostenlos und direkt neben dem Hotel. Der See und die Altstadt sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war insgesamt schön, nur die Matratzen waren etwas durchgelegen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut.

Value hotel

Great for over night stop. Breakfast was very good. Unfortunately the walls are thin and we heard the people in the next room all night. Staff was very nice. Parking was free and right in front of building.
