Överraskande pärla vid skog och sjö

Supermysigt ställe, vacker miljö, trevlig personal, god mat i restaurangen. Enda minus var att man fick en liten kudde per person att sova på.

Restaurantservice überfordert

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Der Service im Restaurant war etwas überfordert. Nach unserer Ankunft gingen wir ins Restaurant um was zu essen. Wir sassen eine halbe Stunde am Tisch und warteten darauf, etwas zu trinken zu bestellen und die Speisekarte zu bekommen. Die Bedienung lief mehrmals an unsrem Tisch vorbei ohne uns überhaupt zu beachten.

Irritationen beim Check-In zur Buchung, zur Zimmerkategorie und beim Ceck-Out zur Zahlungsweise. Wiederholte Bemerkungen seitens des Personals, wie schlecht das mit Expedia laufe, trotz meiner Hinweise, seit langem mit Expedia sehr gute Erfahrungen zu machen. Der Wellnessbereich war nur extrem eingeschränkt nutzbar. Der Whirlpool gar nicht. Am Ende ließ sich alles klären, zur Erholung trug das nicht bei. Beim Frühstück war der Kaffee kalt und bitter.

Heizung

während 3 Tagen meines Aufenthaltes hat die Heizung im Bad nicht funktioniert. Obwohl ich jeden Tag vorstellig war wurde das Problem nicht behoben. Es gab auch keine Rückmeldung. Sehr ärgerlich, da die Aussentemperatur gegen 0 war und auch die Heizung im Zimmer das Bad nicht aufheizen konnte. In dieser Preisklasse ein NOGO

Mitten im Wald

Besuch der Therme Sinsheim und Übernachtung im Kreuzberghof. Anreise und Service dazu, evtl Nachtanreise super. Frühstück war lecker und Ambiente ansprechend. Zimmer sind riesig und sauber. Leider war morgens das Wasser lau bis kalt. Duschen daher nicht möglich. Dame am Empfang meinte nur , da muss Sie den Handwerker rufen. Sonst kein weiterer Kommentar. Etwas enttäuschend.

Guter Aufenthalt

Das Zimmer war ordentlich und sauber, Einrichtung reichte aus. Was nicht so gut gewesen ist, war das Frühstücksbuffet. Es fehlten die regionalen Produkte und nicht abgepackte Lebensmittel in Portionsdöschen.

Très déçu 😞

Nous nous réjouissions pour le bain à remous et spa( nous avons choisis cet hôtel pour ça) Malheureusement ces prestations étaient hors services Nous aurions aimé être informé donc très déçu. Nous aurions pu choisir un autre hôtel avec sauna pour le même prix.
