"No air conditioning in the room, no bin in the room, no kettle in the room The only positive I can say is about the staff that prepared breakfast every morning , so polite ever so helpful with their smiles on their faces . "10 mins, # 14 tram, ride from main train station (get off at Elektra stop about 7 or stops from station) and then a 2 mins walk to hotel. Check in was easy although early, we just ended up having lunch in the lobby restaurant (great food) until room ready. Rooms were clean, although you could not adjust the temp and we found the rooms warm, especially when sleeping. Windows opened, but no screens. Breakfast was amazing and so good! Staff are very friendly and English was spoken by most. (This is a very quiet area we found when we went out walking). Overall, would definitely book again!"
