Excellent place for cost, way better than average hotel, compared to others in area. Modern & maintained well. Really nice to have microwave & refrigerator / freezer in each room. Plus snack & drink type machines available by credit card use. Self kitchen is great too. Staff friendly & helpful. Note, limited time staff is at facility, but check in is clear to get in. Plenty of shops & food within 2 -10 minutes walk. Washing laundry is available. Bus & train stations easy to walk to 5-15 minutes. Tourist info place is 3 minute walk, note they are only open Mon. - Fri., no weekends. Nice park down by the river & open plaza near too. I have stayed there twice & definitely recommend it.

Great rooms & amenities. Surprisingly electronic functions in hotel, especially entry, kitchen with food options. Very clean place. Friendly & helpful staff. Just limited in person staff after the morning But always reach by phone. Plenty food & shopping on same street as its location is on main walkway. Train station 15-20 minutes walk with luggage. Nice park & river close. Note most businesses close about 3 or 4 pm other than late night restaurants. Going off the Main Street you still find other shops. The tourists information place is 3 minutes walk. Plus they have souvenirs. Zata was excellent place to stay.

This hotel is recently renovated and has a new formula. Not common is for example the complete kitchen/meeting room and laundry/dryer facilities which are included in the price. The hotel has its own (heated in winter) parking garage which costs SEK 125/night. The other parking possibility is in the centre of the town. Especially in winter time the garage is very nice: not a snow covered/frozen car. It is accessible with the elevator of the hotel. The only minus is that the garage is narrow for bigger cars. Overall I enjoyed my stay in this hotel very much.

Bra boende nära centrum, lätt att hitta, hade det man behövde, tyst och lungt. Kunde dock vara städat lite bättre, det var väldigt dammigt på rumnet. Det allmänna köket var smutsigt och luktade sopor hela tiden.

Superbra centralt hotell för detta pris. Ingen frukost men helt okej utbud i selektamaskiner i gemensamt kök. Hade önskat möjlighet att göra eget kaffe på rummet, annars 10/10.

Greit hotell midt i sentrum, men du får det du betaler for. Enkel standard og ikke noe luksus. Men veldig greit for å bare ha ei god seng å sove i før man reiser videre neste dag f.eks.

Dårligste opphold hittil. Verken TV eller chromecast fungerte. Mye støv bak tv’n og enkelte andre steder. Bør ikke bli noe dyrere før ande overnattingssteder med flere fasiliteter/servicetilbud (inkl. frokost) i Østersund blir mer aktuelle. En del støy fra gata utenfor. Har bodd 5-6 ganger på hotellet og har kun en gang fått rom mot stillere bakgård. Liker konseptet med mulighet for å lage egen mat og tilgang til kjøleskap. OK standard.
