Als prins ontvangen in het Princess hotel

Het hotel is zeer goed gelegen kort bij den dijk en een paar honderd meter van het stadscentrum en de winkelstraat. Op het eerste verdiep waren werklui de kamers aan het renoveren ,dit was overdag soms lawaaierig ,wij lagen op het derde en het was jammer dat wij zeer lang op de lift moesten wachten omdat de werklui die maar op het eerste bezigwaren ook constant de lift namen.Perfect uitgebreid lekker ontbijt.

Het was een aangenaam verblijf met zeer vriendelijk en attent personeel. De kamer was tiptop. Het enige wat ons stoorde was dat als wij 's avonds binnenkwamen er niemand aan de receptie was en wij de persoon moesten gaan zoeken in de keuken! Toeval? Zodoende was de receptie niet bezet en kon iedereen aan de sleutel van de kamer! Misschien de sleutels in een kast hangen die kan afgesloten worden als er niemand zit!

clean hotel, value breakfast, helpful staff. The facilities were good but not the price tag for the time of year. Hotel shows reduced rates for autumn but seemed to consider September still high summer

Excellent séjour dans un bel hôtel

L'hôtel est très bien placé. Il se trouve à 50 m de la plage et à 200 m de la rue commerçante. Le personnel est très agréable. L'hôtel est très propre et moderne. Les chambres standards sont presque plus belles que les chambres supérieures mais elles ne sont pas climatisées. En cas de grosses chaleurs, cela peut être vraiment gênant. Le point négatif des chambres (standards et supérieurs), c'est la literie. Les matelas sont très anciens et peu confortables. Ils manquent de fermeté et on s'enfonce trop. Les oreillers sont aussi trop gros. Il serait souhaitable que l'hôtel investisse pour remplacer ces matelas et ces oreillers pour permettre à ses clients de mieux dormir. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner est vraiment excellent et en plus, il est inclus dans le prix de la chambre.

Recent stay at Hotel Princess

This was our first time at this hotel, we would certainly stay here again if we came back to Ostend. Rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast choice was very good. Check in simple and very quick. Location of the hotel good. Only negative was the few parking spaces the hotel had and the limited amount of space in which to park the car.

Great location, great staff, great stay.

Had an excellent stay. Great value for the reasonable price. Helpful staff (especially Anton), clean modern room, nice breakfast and bicycle rental on premises. No complaints. Would I go back. Absolutely yes.

Hôtel proche de la gare et de la plage

Hôtel bon rapport qualité /prix. Salle de bains magnifique, chambre un peu vieillissante mais rien de grave. Buffet déjeuner généreux, juste pas très artisanal. S’armer de patience pour l’unique ascenseur, pas de prise de courant de part et d’autre du lit !!!

Hotel Princess - een aanrader -.

Hotel Princess heel vriendelijke ontvangst,duidelijke uitleg.Pluspunt zeker de parking voor een heel goede prijs tegenover het hotel.Alles heel zuiver, ruime ontbijtruimte en het ontbijt is voortreffelijk,zeer uitgebreid met veel vers fruit.Kamer gewoon,netjes,redelijk ruim.Badkamer heel proper en ruim met de inloopdouche.Bar in de avond ook gezellig en een snelle bediening.Goede ligging.Een klein minpuntje:om precies 14.00uur. ontvangst van de sleutel!!

Uitstekend verblijf, waar voor het geld!

Prima hotel met centrale ligging en vlak bij de boulevard en het strand. Uitstekend ontbijt. In onze kamer was de badkamer keurig vernieuwd, de kamer zelf was (nog) in oude staat. We hadden graag een parkeerplek in de parkeergarage van het hotel gehad, maar dat was volgeboekt. Bij de on-line boeking van de hotelkamer was dit helaas niet aangegeven als mogelijkheid. Nu waren we aangewezen op duur betaald parkeren in de omgeving.

Toujours bien accueillis dans cet hôtel. Dommage cependant de ne pas prévenir qu'il y a des travaux dans l'hôtel ! Bruits de perceuse à 8h dans une chambre de l'étage. Nous reviendrons tout de même en espérant avoir une chambre rénovée ! Super buffet de petit déjeuner même pour les intolérants au gluten ou au lactose!

Ok hotel does the job not great and not bad

I have stayed at this hotel 5 times now. Its a five min walk to the shopping centre and has it's own parking which is importent as street parking is not easy. This trip I sent a email to the hotel asking for a couple of thngs in advance and all was good on arrivel. Only bad point was workman working in room above drilling into our room and covering the bed and floor with dust.
