「The location is beautiful and quiet. It is next to restaurant that the hosts own (they will treat like family. I had one of my best restaurant experiences there) and was never disturbed with noise. The hosts were amazing, available at all times, and very helpful. Walking distance to the lake with great views. 」

「It is super conveniently located, good private parking (at a charge). The place is clean, typical Italian decor (colorful and lacking of finish) - absolutely ok! We did have an unfortunate experience: the tlf.no. we got online was apparently wrong (turned out to be that of a landlady for a property next door, who uses the same parking facility). Through message we were guided to the apartment. As we got instructions upon contact regarding the parking, & seing that the adress & dot on the map was...

「Nära till tågstationen och lätt att ta sig med bil, som vi gjorde. Otrolig utsikt och nära till flertal restauranger. Ägarna var väldigt enkla och behjälpliga. Vi hade inte bokat någon parkering för vår bil i förväg, men de hjälpte oss med det när vi kom på plats. Enda nackdelen var att fjärrkontrollen till tvn var borta så tvn kunde inte användas. I övrigt kan detta boende varmt rekommenderas!」

「Sehr sauberes Zimmer, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Küche gut ausgestattet. Migros und Coop etc. In ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Direkt in der City von Lugano in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss.」

The balcony was so peaceful and beautiful but we only sat outside early mornings or late evenings...which was ruined by the heavy smokers below us. 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 nights was ridiculous. FYI kitchen soap behind trash can. Unfortunately, the bed and pillows were not comfortable. 」
