Clean and spacious

Nice and clean with easy access. Spacious room in very good condition. Public parking close by with AC-charger. Friendly and helpful staff. Don’t make the mistake a go to the other Vienna House in the city.

I had a good stay at Vienna House. The hotel convinced me because the price-performance ratio is good and the common areas are great. Unfortunately, the rooms are not so well equipped: there is no ventilation in the bathroom, the mattresses are worn out, the windows are not cleaned and the TV program is very limited. Nevertheless, I liked it here because the rooms are spacious: Closet, armchair and table. The breakfast is very good and the staff friendly and helpful.

Ok stay

I was given a nice corner room, which was spacious The room was clean, but the bed and pillows were uncomfortably soft. There is only breakfast at the hotel, and no dinner service. You are quite central though so restaurants are a short walk. The breakfast buffet is mainly pastries, meats/cheeses and coffee, and at €21 is way to expensive for what you get. Parking was also a problem during my stay, as one of the nights it was full. But there is street parking available nearby and it's free between 7pm and 9am. Overall it was a decent hotel, just won't be rushing back.

We chose the hotel mostly because of the parking available. When we arrived they told us the maximum height was 170cm (which our car exceeded by 4cm). We think this should be clearly stated in their website. The hotel is pretty new, but one can start noticing maintenance details, which should be watched as time passes. Cleanliness is very good. Location too, The breakfast buffet is ok, but not great. For the price/qualyity relation I would not recommend it
