「The telephone did not work and they didn't change it even after we asked them to. We needed to tell them repeatedly to get few things done like room cleaning and spraying insecticide inside bathroom. Neither hot water facility for bathing nor provided a kettle. Overall pretty average stay and not worth the price we paid(~5.5k) for 2 days for 2 person AC room.」

「Stained towels and extremely poor hygiene in general. Property needs to really work on it. Avoid unless it's the only option.」

「总的来说订这家酒店是因为它的名气-万豪，但效果并不理想。不知道是不是印度的审评标准和中国人的不同。我觉得这种酒店装饰和设备和我们中国三星级的差不多。更让我意想不到的是，衣柜居然有一只活蟑螂爬来爬去。真让人作恶。」

「The staff was very cordial. Went out of the way to help. Free Breakfast was an excellent add on. Rooms weren’t top notch quality, typical OYO rooms. Overall stay was pleasent.」

「Stayed at Minerva Grand recently and honestly, it’s total value for money. The location is super central, making it very easy to go anywhere in the city. The best part is definitely the staff very courteous and well trained. They are always attentive and genuinely try to help you out with a smile. It’s rare to see such a "customer first" attitude in the true sense these days! Also, the food was quite good, with great taste and variety. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay, this is the place....

「For the price and location, this was a very nice hotel and the staff was friendly. The room was comfortable and quieter than expected given the noisy streets of Hyderabad. Would stay again next time I'm in the city and need a budget accomodation.」

「This hotel is very reasonable. Their main business however is restaurants, and Ohris have four on this location, and others around Hyderabad. All their restaurants are excellent. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and the location is quiet and safe with many shops, including chemists and a supermarket. Taxis are always available.」

「Stayed 5 nights. Modern, clean room. Hot, powerful shower. Delicious breakfast buffet each morning. Helpful, friendly staff. Fast free WiFi. I would stay here again.」

「This is a newer hotel not fully opened yet. The staff though was amazing for all my needs. It was easy to take a car to go to all places. It was not far from the Charminar. The food wwws delicious and plenty. If I were to visit Hyderabad again, I’d come back! 」
