Requested staff to note an early checkin 5 months ago for 2 rooms, as we are Seniors and our daughter has an 18-month old. I tried to message staff on this and other questions several times over the 5-month period with either no response or "form" responses. After our 15-hour flight we got there around noon, and were told by Kaja that there was no early checkin as they were still cleaning rooms. Tried to escalate our concern to Manager, Mila, but found that she does not work on weekends. So we waited in the lobby with the baby and checked periodically. Continually told our rooms would be ready at 4pm. Finally it is 4pm! Guess what our rooms are still not cleaned and ready. We had to wait another 45 minutes and got into our rooms at 4:45pm. No apologies, No drink coupons or restaurant credit, they offered nothing to attempt to make our situation any better, Got to our rooms and the temperatures was 78 degrees. Seemed like the front desk clerk was on a "power trip" making these seniors and baby wait an extra 45 minutes. Overall it was an absolutely awful experience, especially after 15+ hours of flying. They simply did not care about their customers comfort. NEVER AGAIN! If I could have rate the "Overall Service" and "Staff" a ZERO, I would have.
