IT was extremely difficult to find this location in the dark. Google maps offered creative guidance and hotel app was working poorly. By lucky coincedence found local people to help. No clear signage and as renovations ongoing close to "main entrance", missed it several times. App has challenges to find expedia reservations as well and it needs several updates. When finally here, glad to sleep here, rooms are nice and spacious, modern and very clean. Should be more clear about service level as no service available.

Sterile industrial Airbnb not tradional hotel

Was sirprised it was sterile airbnb as opposed to hotel. Lux made me think luxury not under construction. Saw no employee as all done online. Daily housekeeping was emptying the bin. To the point i rationed toiletries through week as didnt bring own. Tv pointless unless you have norwegian account. Central air kicks in 2330-0100 even with all 4 ac controls off. At least it makes change from constant trains. Chosen for location, my fault for not reading reviews. Bed was firm and comfotable.

Great apartment with good quailty. We had a couple of problems with the stove and water not working upon arrival. Quickly fixed by calling the reception. Our last morning the electricity went out for about 20 minutes, and we couldn't get a hold of the reception neither on chat or phone. As we were going to leave early anyways we packed our stuff, but it was highly inconvenient, and we haven't got any response after our stay after we told them about this.

new, modern apartment but noise from trains 24/7

Very modern apartment hotel. Hotel is however located next to train tracks. so noise from trains all day and night. This is a self service hotel, so no reception. Had some issues with the heating panel that did not work, so my room was quite cold, and did not really know who to contact. Also the user panel was in Spanish for the heating panel so that did not help, and also the oven in the kitchen har a user guide in Spanish??? Parking is located a bit away from the hotel and it is not possible to drive up to the hotel to load off as the road is closed for traffic.

It was the most comprehensive self-checking with a lot of the technical software and hardware not working at all, which forced me to contact support to get help. I had to provide way too much sensitive personal data in the self-checking flow, more than what I was comfortable with. When I was checking out of the hotel after 1 nights stay, I got charged additional fees, without specification what these fees was for.

Skilting i P-hus var fraværende, vanskelig når det er første gang i byen.... Innsjekk uten resepsjon for voksne folk er litt vrient.. fikk hjelp til å "lage" nøkkelkort av flinke unggutter... supert rom, god seng, flott og nytt...

Helt nydelig!

Perfekt fra innsjekk til utsjekk. Enkelt å sjekke inn via appen, og veldig behagelig at man slipper alt stresset med resepsjon, nøkkelkort osv. I tillegg var rommet meget bra, og sengen helt himmelsk.

Park & Anlegg

Eitt kjempe flott hotell til ok pris samanligna med andre hotell i Lillestrøm. Litt kronglete innsjekk, men fekk hjelp på telefon av ein hyggelig ansatt som losa oss gjennom det. Romma er store og flotte. God plass og virkelig ein følelse av luksus. Så anbefaler plassen på der varmeste. Me kjem til å koma att å bu her neste gong me er i byen på messe.
