Contactless and self service.

Good location but 35 mins from airport. Transportation $40-$60 with Bolt. The hotel is contactless and self service. Everything is done by text. Good response time but this was a surprise to me. They should send you a follow up message after you make your reservation advising how to check in. If l didn't buy a SIM card from the airport l don't know how l would have contacted them. That experience was alarming to me. Good pubic transportation from the hotel to the city proper.

Avoid

Booked for three days , but left on the next day, kitchen status is disgraceful; very smelly dirty and not equipped. Room was clean but very small for two people, you can not move around as no space at all.

My room was not ready for checkin at the time suggested by the host. The room had a bad stench (but no visible reasons for it). The TV had too short power cable to be mounted in the wall. I asked for a cable but it was never produced during my stay. The curtains were broken, and they were not fixed (also after asking the host). Eventually, I had to keep the room dark at all times. The ventilation wss broke (pieces were left on a cabinet in the room), there was a hole in the wall above my bed. The walls are not well insulated from noise - I could here all conversations, and activities in neighbouring rooms. I had actively to ask for the code to lock the room (I ws not provided with info aboutg how to lock, and there as noone telling me where the facilities were located (and no doors have signs indicationg what is behind them). Next to sleeping under the skies, all other options would be preferred - sorry but this is my worst stay I have ever had...

Tout allait bien jusqu’à ce que l’on regarde de plus près, la propreté laisse à désirer. Draps sales, traces noires, marrons et de sang. La même chose pour la serviette mise à disposition, le sol et les murs. Mis à part ça , service client au téléphone efficace, personnel agréable et de nombreuses douches mais lz propreté est complètement à revoir .

Una experiencia diferente…

Para empezar, nada mas llegar a la habitacion las sabanas estaban sucias y el suelo lleno de polvo, a parte que parece ser que el sensor de humo no funciona y los anteriores huespedes fumaron… olía mucho a tabaco… apestaba. A parte de eso… este alojamiento parece ser que tiene de huespedes a gente sin hogar… ya que el gobierno de noruega les paga el sitio y eso implica que todo este siempre sucio. Apestoso. En 12 dias que he estado no he podido usar la cocina porque estaba siempre sucia. Es verdad que la suelen limpiar mañanas y noches pero la gente que vive ahí no cuida el espacio. No volveria a repetir y espero que este comentario ayude. Merece la pena pagar algo mas y tener algo mejor.

Grusomt opphold på "hotellet"

Dette er ikkje eit hotell. Ingen resepsjon, ein handskriven lapp med kontakttelefon på ei kjellardør, vist inn på eit rom i kjellaren med felles dusj og toalett på gangen. I dusjen låg ein haug med skitne moppar. Fekk eit veldig veldig enkelt rom i 1.etasje. Mangla lampe over senga. Ingen plass å hengje klærne. I felles kjøkken låg spisebordet fullt av mekaniske deler til dørlåsar m.m. Eit stort skap og kjøleskåp mitt ute på golvet. Dette var kl 16.30, det vil sei 1,5 time etter at rommet skulle vore klart. Utruleg at Hotels.com markedsfører dette på sine sider.?
