We arrived late evening and were allocated apartment 1008. After searching, unfortunately, we were not able to find this and went back to the phone in reception and were given a different apartment which was excellent. We looked in daylight but never found 1008.

The apt had no paper towels and no dish towel to do dishes that are mandatory to do unless you want to be charged. The TV has no streaming services. The apt should also leave coffee and tea complimentary.

Horrible experience with “hotel”. Photos are not accurate. Communication was non-existent. There is no reception and you are required to call to check in, this wouldn’t be an issue if anyone answered the phone. Phone number on hotels.com is not current. Left with no option but to last minute book another hotel, but based on the overall feel and state of the place, I am grateful
