The location of Classic Hotel is little off the centre of Osh. The hotel is clean and well maintained, front desk staff are really helpful for giving information, booking a taxi ride. The breakfast is better than he average. Will stay again if visit Osh next.

The facility is adequate with a working elevator, clean and well-appointed lobby, nicely decorated interior, and average rooms. There was no air conditioning and it was getting hot in Osh. We had requested an early arrival and reserved and paid for a junior suite, but none was available when we arrived. We were given another room temporarily and told we could move into the junior suite later in the day. However, no suite became available. We were told that it would the next day, but again the same story. We remained in the smaller room for our four night stay, but without any compensation. The front desk staff were pleasant enough, but not very competent in dealing with issues The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the shower worked, and so our stay was fine. Breakfast was disappointing with cold food that appeared to be left overs from the night before, but there was ample selection. All in all it was just an average accommodation.

Terribly cheap and dishonest!

They didn’t have the triple room we reserved, they gave us a double but charged us for a triple! One pillow per double bed, rags instead of towels, bring your toilet paper! Make marks on re-heated breakfast items to count how many days they re-use them! They nickel and dime you in a way you’re not creative enough to imagine! Good luck if you still want to try it!

I got 5 nights with them, a nice swimming pool rooms are nice as well however staff service except houskiping was terrible they don't even great in house guests. Also when I asked till what time the swimming pool works they don't know even the working hrs of the swimming pool and I was told that it works till 2100 in fact it was working till 2200. When I asked reception where I can order the food over the night agent said I don't know, and I found by myself it was not difficult. Corridors are dark burned lights, additional on that whole my stay under the sink was leaking water.

It is a challenge to write reviews given different standards and ideas amongst travelers and around the world. By standards of my travels around Kyrgyzstan and other similar countries, this hotel is a very nice place and presents good value. I would happily stay there on my next trip to Osh.
