Location was great. Near lots of mom/pop restaurants, convenient stores, subway entrances. Quiet enough at night to sleep, walkable to things to do. Lobby was secured and safe. Need codes to use elevators and enter room, did not use key. Was way easier than expected once we remembered the code so nice touch there. The hotel was nice. Beds and pillows were comfortable, but not the best. Bathroom and bedroom was clean, spacious, and provided slippers, little kid slippers for my 6 year old (he loved it), robes, extras to use. Staff were polite and nice, friendly during check in. Cleaning staff did a great job. Provided extra towels, detergent for laundry. Highly recommend!!!

The area is quiet which we wanted! The property was smaller than we anticipated, but it was really clean. Lawson and 7 eleven are walking distance which we mostly had our breakfast and snacks. They also had restaurants around that area and Ameyoko Market is right across the street. Hosts can speak English and very helpful. My dad was missing his new shoes that he just bought and it was found, so we were really happy about that. They also help us get taxis when we went home. Over all, it was a pleasant stay.

Great hotel in an even better location. Close to subway stations, convenience store (all 3 brands within 5 minutes), and walkable to multiple restaurants. Family of 5 stayed comfortably in a 3 bed room.

Amazing Hotel, the staff polite and friendly, the location excellent 2 blocks from the metro station and 3 blocks from 7 eleven and supermarket , room for 4 a lot of space with kitchen toaster microwave and stove bathroom with shower and bathtub , washer and dryer , the Japanese toilet something else , AC full , beds super comfy and zero noise from outside , A+++++ thanksss
