Jesus, it was a nice little apartment! I enjoyed staying there rather than a hotel. The place was clean and big enough for a little family. The only thing I didn't like so much was the bed, but my final result is positive because the area was quiet and I could sleep very pleasantly.

Very quiet area yet very close to everything. Nice ac and quiet balcony to dry clothes from. We were there 2 weeks and met the owner a couple times he was very nice and understanding. He doesnt speak the best english, and we dont speak the best japanese but together we made it work! The washer works well, we used it consistantly and the shower room+bathroom is very decently sized! The elevator is a nice bonus #NoStairsNeeded we were only about 10min from Nippombashi station & about 15min to Namba station. 2 family marts >5min away for easy access as well. Defintely gives a home vibe, not hotel-y. Only major complaint was the beds were not comfy and it wasnt sparkly clean or anything - but felt authentic!

Good price for the location. Overall good stay, walkable to Metro Station and Namba area. Nearby got convenient shop and restaurant. Cleanliness can be improved and some cookware and items like pot & pan, pillow & iron may need some replacement.

Well located and walkable. However the mattresses are hard, old. Also we could not find the wifi passcode anywhere and the property manager never responded to our inquiries about it

A bit cramped for family of four who stayed for 14 nights but it is not bad for the price. Most important for me was a functional washing machine and a clean bathroom. They have stored toiletries although we still bought our own. Bought hangers and pegs as well. Left it there for the next renters to use.

This is a cheap and very reasonable hotel. The bathroom door was a little broken and the dishes were dirty, but the low price made up for that. The fact that there was a washing machine and a bathroom dryer was very useful. There are three beds, so it's suitable for family trips, but the table and refrigerator may feel small if there are more people. This is something I hope to see in the future. The room was more than enough for my trip this time.

The flat was close to Namba station (10-15 minutes walk) which was very convenient. There were lots of restaurants and convenience stores around. However, the flat was slightly too small for our luggage. The hygiene can also be improved as there were visible bugs flying around the bedroom. Overall, it was a decent stay and good for those who enjoy a convenient location for shopping and travelling.

Horrible cleanliness

Location is great! There was two twins and a double, all of the mattress are in poor condition. It's very bad to the point you can feel the springs, after a night your back will hurt even more. The cleanliness is horrible. The toilet is very dirty from previous guests. The vent in the bathroom is full of dust. Washing machine is full of lint filter is full of lint. There no instructions about how to use their bathroom. You would need to use the remote in the bathroom turn on for hot water and the instructions for how to use the fan.

This property was overall quite good. EXCEPT, this is like privately owned apartments so if you don’t speak Japanese then check in is almost impossible. There is no reception, I received no check in instructions and when I arrived at 11pm I had to flag a stranger down in the street & use google translate to ask them to call the number and get the safe code so I could get my room key. I was 1 minute off having no where to sleep. If the check in process was easier this apartment would be unreal. It was clean, super conveniently located, very affordable and had very good amenities. I just felt lucky that stranger helped me check in.

Amazing location

Minutes away from kuromon market which is just around the corner. Situated ideally in namba area whuch was great as exploring osaka and having a metro close by helps. Host was great in replying quickly

Beds are too firm and lack support (lots of body aches), concerned about hygiene and cleanliness in this apartment - expected to do your own cleaning with a minimum of 14days stay with little cleaning utensils supplied. Very close to fantastic food options, transport and plenty of things to do. Provided indoor footwear, umbrellas, washing powder (we ran out), small washing machine (no clothes dryer - it’s an airer in a closest) a small hanging rack x2 outside, eating utensils, cooking utensils.. lots of convenience. However, the internet rarely worked and kept dropping out, you will need your own internet for reliability. Hot water has to be turned on every time when needed and it ran continuously and noisily into the bath tube. Concerned about the hygiene of pillows - an IKEA cushion with no cover and yellow from previous use was on the bed. Hosts are rarely seen but pleasant. No advice on what to do with rubbish - it goes in an outdoor “cupboard” with only Japanese writing on it, it’s located near the entrance door to the apartments. This apartment is not really user friendly and communication needs to be better, and in English as well as Japanese for the many tourists that stay here.
