Overall, I like the hotel and the hospitality of all staffs were superb. The staffs were accommodating especially when there was a problem, caring, polite, respectful and professional. It was not a good experience. I did not stay because it was so dirty. There was no formal check-in process. When I arrived there was no knowledge that a “hotel” existed.
