"Dirty room, unsafe furniture, sofa beds bedding was never changed between guests. Fitted sheet, top sheet and a gold blanket were on the bed in a mess filled with dirt, food crumbs and dirty socks. Mini Fridge had all bottom shelves missing and no little freezer. Place didn’t have many outlets. Next to king bed on the floor was a power bar, that had room lamps plugged into it.
Needed access to a freezer for my special needs child to which they were unable to accommodate and I had to ask the restaurant next door. Called about the dirty sofa bed multiple times and got no answer. Went up front desk and no employee. Waited. Let him know the conditions of the bed along with the broken & unsafe furniture. He offered me a full refund but was unable to do it as I booked with hotels.com. He told me to reach out to them which I did. The staff member brought up clean bedding (while wearing rubber gloves) so we had to remove the dirty bedding and make the bed (housekeeping job not the guests) asked where I should put the dirty bedding, he wasn’t sure. One of the comforters he brought up was in a bag. I put the dirty bedding in that & put it outside of the room door in the hallway. We left earlier than checkout the following morning. No shower as the shower was extremely dirty, towels stained yellow/orange. I contacted hotels.com explaining some of the issues, however wasn’t able to tell them everything. They called hotel & couldn't make contact. Now I’m waiting. A refund is necessary!"
