Very nice and convenient

This hotels was absolutely lovley and very convenient for us as a family. We booked a smaller apartment as we like to be able to cook. All the necessities were there and it was very comfortable. One small thing is that we needed to ask for extra cleaning and this at a cost. We hade wished that cleaning would had been included as we stayed for 5 nights. Other than that, we were very pleased with this hotel.

Schade dass es kein Abendessen gibt. Handtücher bekommt man nur 1x pro Woche. Keine Zimmerreinigung. Standort zu weit vom Strand weg. Ohne Auto mühsam. Nächster Ort Orosei, dort gibt es aber nichts. Personal nett.

We arrived 00:15. Front desk was still staffed (apparently 24/7). Street parking was the main isdue with the hotel apprarently being near full and it being late.

Residence molto pulito e in buona posizione vicino alle spiagge più belle. Nelle vicinanze ci sono anche dei supermercati e locali per cenare. Noi a metà giugno abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare parcheggio davanti al residence la sera comunque nelle vie vicine posto lo abbiamo sempre trovato. Forse l'unica cosa non proprio positiva è l'assenza del wifi nelle case (è comunque presente nella reception) e la scarsa linea per i cellulari.

Belle le camere ma manca tutto il resto

Camere grandi, confortevoli e pulite, dotate di condizionamento efficiente. Le cucine sono però sul balcone dove il condizionamento non è presente. Colazione inclusa abbondante e conveniente. Il voto è solo sufficiente però, perchè mancano tutti i servizi extra: no parcheggio privato, no bar, no ristorante, no lavatrici, no piscina, no docce esterne, no wi-fi in camera, no TV in camera (c'è ma non si vede manco Rai1). Non capisco proprio come faccia a definirsi un residence 4 stelle se mancano tutti i servizi accessori.

Für eine Nacht OK

Auf den ersten Blick waren wir mit der Unterkunft zufrieden, es war alles relativ sauber und die Unterkunft ist auch nicht so heruntergekommen wie auf den Bildern. Auf den zweiten Blick waren wir weniger zufrieden. Die Küche lässt zu wünschen übrig. Es gibt nur ein Geschirrtuch, keinen Schwamm oder Spülmittel, nur ein stumpfes großes Messer, nicht mal einen Wasserkocher hatte man. Das bedeutet, man muss vorher erstmal einen Großeinkauf machen, bevor man etwas kochen kann. Das Bett ist mega ungemütlich und quietscht bei der kleinsten Bewegung. Eine richtige Decke ist auch nicht vorhanden, für die Leute, die etwas kälteempfindlich sind. Es gibt zwar eine "extra Decke" im Schrank, diese hat aber keinen Bezug und daran wären Haare von vorherigen Gästen dran, also alles andere als hygienisch. Ebenfalls werden die Zimmer nicht sauber gemacht, außer man zahlt einen Aufpreis und frische Handtücher kriegt man auch nicht, außer man fragt danach und zahlt einen Aufpreis.

Très agréable et bien situé

Très bon accueil et informations pour mon séjour. Le personnel et le directeur son très agréables. La chambre agréable et très propre avec kitchenette et une belle salle de bains. L’hôtel est bien situé pour se rendre à Orosei et visiter le golfe d’Orosei. Une supérette et quelques restaurants à proximité, une plage à moins de 3 km avec commerces, restaurants et kiosques proposant des excursions en bateau

Camera molto confortevole. Bel bagno con una doccia grande. Due stanza da letto separate con un matrimoniale e due letti singoli. Cucinino in terrazza chiudibile con una tenda da sole. Televisore e aria condizionata.Reception gentile. Pur essendo arrivati molto tempo prima dell'ora prevista del ceck-in mi hanno reso disponibile subito la camera. Nelle vicinanze a 50mt un panificio con briosche fresche, due supermercati e giornalaio-tabacchi. Il mare con cala liberotto a circa 800mt. Vicino a qualche km c'è la famosa oasi biddarosa e la bellissima spiaggia Berchida.È stato tutto molto carino.
