I booked a room for myself and my 2 children. I paid the half board rate. On arrival, I was told that my children were not included in the half board rate.
At dinner, I was given my starter and main which I chose from a small, separate menu and then instead of being offered dessert, they asked ‘would you like a coffee or is everything finished?’
At breakfast, it was really busy, so we were out in an overflow room which wasn’t made up. ‘Leave it to us’ they said. So we served ourselves at the buffet and then came back to find the one table they had laid was occupied. Some stood in the middle of the lobby with our bowls of cereal and waited for cutlery, a glass and somewhere to sit.
The room was filthy, and really noisy/ it well insulated from the noise of the other rooms.
