A wonderful find in the lovely city of Orleans. Centrally located for easy walking to the city centre yet quiet and peaceful. A lovely room a a great breakfast included.

I would say that what makes this property unique is Albert the owner and host. He is smart, friendly and he has very good taste! There is a personal tasteful touch throughout the property. And he makes amazing scrambled eggs!

Lovely place, look forward to returning
lovely room, very tasteful and stylish. The proprietor - Albert - is absolutely charming and very interesting. We had a lovely breakfast and heard from the other guests that its worth pre-booking for an evening meal - we'll come back and stay again and remember to do that!

A Little Palace
We had such a restful stay in this lovely, thoughtfully appointed chambre d'hôtes. The room is spacious, quiet, immaculate, and well furnished. It was an easy walk to the center of town and excellent restaurants and other services. Our host was kind and solicitous. Breakfast was fantastic: homemade and artisanal breads and pastries; homemade jam and yogurt; delicious local honey and cheeses; wonderful hot chocolate. We give Villa Dunois our highest recommendation and would gladly return.

Expedia did not include the information that a dinner reservation was required no later than morning of arrival if wishing to dine in. Owner was very helpful and friendly.

Very comfortable & charming villa filled with contemporary art works. Small garden at back. Very welcoming host who speaks excellent English. Very good location in quiet area. We paid extra for secure parking in off site private underground car park

Lovely hotel. Breakfast options a little strange. Very friendly. Parking not straightforward. Room was lovely, large and comfortable.

Exceptional, worth a special trip to experience. Top notch amenities. We dined there both nights and the dinners were chef quality. The best B&B I have ever experienced anywhere. We will I return just to feel so pampered, worth a special trip to visit. Beyond compare, really, and I am not his Mom.

This property was everything one could hope for at a B&B. There were niceties such as water, a gift from the Orleans region. Our host was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb. The host even picked us up from the train station and drove us back on our departure. Please stay here.

The welcome we received from Albert was personal and reflected the nature of the property as everything is hidden behind the front door. The decor is a surprise being eclectic the furniture and fittings being collected by the owner and which bring a very personal touch to the property. The breakfast was excellent.

Wonderful experience all around. My room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is an easy walking distance from the main part of town. The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious. I had a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend staying here. Thanks!

Tastefully decorated B&B close to city centre
This a lovely B&B which is perfectly situated within walking distance of the city centre and tastefully decorated. The owner is friendly and very welcoming and the breakfast is outstanding with home made produce and endless good coffee.

Nous avons été reçus très amicalement dans une maison de ville très agréable , avec jardin intérieur paysagé avec amour ( on le ressent dés qu'on y pose les pieds). Notre hôte nous avait préparé une boisson aromatisée par ses soins : une merveille de fraicheur! Quant à la chambre que nous avons occupée, elle est à l'image de notre hôte. Nous nous y sommes sentis immédiatement à l'aise. Merci à Albert pour cette belle soirée, cette bonne nuit au calme ponctuée par un délicieux petit déjeuner.

Nous avons passé une nuit à la Villa Dunois. Je donne la note maximale à cet établissement qui nous a exceptionnellement bien accueilli. L hôte est au petit soin. Du gel douche, en passant par l'éclairage, au petit déjeuner, tout met de bonne humeur. Le petit déjeuner est varié avec des créations maisons. Enfin un hote qui ne cherche pas la facilité juste en réchauffant des viennoiseries. Un second chez soi...
