Spent 3 days with family, close to Disney, Disney Springs, Universal. Walking distance to grocery store, pizza place, gas stations, dollar store. Grounds and pool were clean. Staff were all amazing. Room was clean, had dishes, and silverware. We normally stay on property at Disney but decided to switch it up this year and we will definitely be back.

Staff is friendly and accommodating! It needs a little updating, dishwasher wasn't installed properly and it moves as if falling out when door is pulled open. Wood flooring would be cleaner on the floors. Our feet were black from walking on the carpet.

Me encantó el lugar. Si volvería a ir a Orlando me quedaría otra vez . Muy limpio todo tienen un starbucks en la cafetería no es incluido pero está bien bueno las personas son muy amables con el servicio Rosa y Bruno ,grasias por el servicio.el parqueo solo 15 dólares por 3 noches y 4 días super bueno en comparación con otros hoteles. Sonesta grasias !! Y costume service excelente.las habitaciones muy limpias.

Clean and super nice property ,heated pool and nice parking the breakfast is different than most with the kids and not having a buffet but it was a great hotel

They allow pets and the noise level was horrible. Dogs barking all night. No house keeping. We stayed 3 days not even changing the trash. Its good if you are a big family trying to save money because its spacious .

This was our second yr in a row staying here. Wonderful customer service. Getting a room with great views is amazing. Our shower cocking this year had black mold on it which was really surprising. The pillows were super airy and flat when laying on them. The facilities are always great and I feel higher end. The pool is well kept. All their staff are friendly. Laundry area was clean and just fine. I'd recommend this place over and over again.

This was our 2nd time staying there , the 1st was last year and the place was impeccable. However this time the room was dirty and old if you walked on carpet barefooted for 1 min under your feet turned black , we asked for it to be cleaned but all they did was take out garbage and change towels . Not to mention 2 days out of our 4 day stay the hotel was testing fire alarms with no communication to guests prior to check in ,instead they relied on flyers posted (not on every door ) with our daughter being autistic and sensitive to loud noises made the stay ever worse

The location is excellent but the property is pretty dated and the rooms are run down. Little things like the toaster was broken, the towels were small and old, the carpets and furniture is very well worn and it had a strange smell. It was nice having a kitchen and two bedrooms.

The room smelled bad and several things were broken. Checkin was at 4pm and the room wasn’t ready despite getting there close to 5pm.

First room assigned had a very strong odor of cleaning products. Being sensitive to scents I could not stay in that room. Thankfully the staff found us a new room that was much better and on the main level. With us being seniors it was difficult to climb 2 flights of stairs to the first assigned room with our luggage.

For location alone, this property is well worth this day. It is also very quiet, safe, and conveniently located. Sadly, the units aren’t kept up to the standards they should be… Broken windows, missing windows, screens, one of the tubs was backed up with water in it over an inch deep… The overall cleanliness in the room was poor.
