Our intentions were not to make you feel on your toes about everything but to simply take acknowledgement of our rules and requirements as most of this is mentioned on your agreement however many guests seem to overlook this. We'll be sure to provide a plunger if one was not found in the property as this is something we provide in all of our homes. As for the additional charge to use the resort amenities, please note it does indeed mention on the listing description prior to booking that there is a surcharge for this. So no hidden fees as this is brought to your attention twice prior to booking. In all we would love to host you again and hope you stay safe.

Good day, Thank you for staying at this home! We are glad to hear your stay was good and the home had everything you needed. So it is fully furnished and equipped. I think you mean the Resort Amenities (when you said Pool is not included), yes you are absolutely right, this is 100 per household per day and it is mentioned on the details of inclusions or property listings, which you can see before you book. In house Owner's BBQ grill requires a 60 cleaning fee, if you are to use the home owner's grill - this is standard process. About the dishwasher, I apologize that this did not work for you, however the same was clean prior to your arrival and we have the cleaning photos. You could have messaged us during your stay and we would have helped you with this per our company policy. We hope that we can serve you even better next time.
