Check-in was smooth and the front desk staff was polite and professional. Unfortunately, the first room we were given was not clean — it smelled strongly of feet, and there was pet hair on the bed, which made it feel pretty uncomfortable.
To their credit, management handled the situation quickly and professionally. They moved us to another room and made sure we were taken care of, which I really appreciated. The second room was much better and clean.
The complimentary breakfast was okay — not a huge selection, but enough to get the day started. The area around the hotel felt safe and was close to restaurants and major attractions, which was a plus.
Overall, it wasn’t a perfect stay, but the customer service helped turn things around. With some improvements in room cleanliness, this could be a solid budget option in Orlando.
