Very nice property, staff were kind and the rooms were clean and well stocked. Plumbing was off, sink water filled and took awhile to go down the drain. Breakfast bar had a nice variety and food was fresh. Overall this was a great stay!

Stayed for 1 night to go to Orlando, arrived around 8 pm. Smooth check in. Room was at elevator which i normally dont like but noise was ok. Neighbors were noisier than hallway! Clean and sufficient. We ate pizza at the hotel bar which was ok. Food prices decents, beer overpriced. Buffet breakfast was decent. Was able to delay check out by an hour without issue. Location good. Cheap uber if you dont want to walk or wait for shuttle. Id stay here again.

It was great being that we went to universal studios. The location was great. Just needs a little more cleaning in the rooms with kitchens being that there’s food that gets cooked & we seen 3 little roaches

The property was fabulous. My family and I booked a family flroom which had bunk beds. The room was spacious, the pool area is a whole vibe especially around the fire place. I highly highly recommend this location for lodging especially if you have a family. Parking was 18 a day, the Bar and Grill was fabulous, the bartender was so sweet. I will definitely book this loction for our future travel.

We love the proximity to the entrance to Universal Studios. The hotel was very clean and had a lot of room to spread out in the lobby area. Breakfast is what you would expect for free one, and we had a great time at the pool on our last day of relaxation before heading home.

One of the best Hotels in the area. If you are visiting Universal or near by area, this is the place to stay. Rooms are spacious, breakfast is good, above all the staff is very courteous, helpful even in odd hours. Lady in the breakfast area will make sure you have had good experience.

I love the front desk staff during the day, but the gentleman who checks us out around 5 am this morning is not friendly. We didn't feel welcome at all! He was “wordless” during the checkout process. It would have been nice if he at least asked how's our stay. The kitchen folks are super friendly, especially Maria and the bartender. I don't feel like the parking fee is fair. Shuttle to Universal needs advanced booking, and we opted to take Uber for all the days we went to Universal. You also need to call for housekeeping if you want a cleaning service. They don't come daily. Also, we found one baby cockroach in the bathroom, which my kids felt weird about. Overall, the hotel is ok.
